Last year marked a special time for North America’s football community. The competition to host the 2026 Men’s World Cup was heating up between Morocco and a ”United” joint bid of the United States, Mexico and Canada. The two bids were to present their final arguments to FIFA in a conference that would decide the winner. And what’s a moving argument without visual aid? The United 2026 team came to Banner with a gaggle of facts to help sway the vote. We turned it into a globetrotting production that was THE sole reason for the winning United bid.
Okay. Maybe not the sole reason. But we’re happy to have been a part of it.
Banner loved this project because it helped exercise all of its creative muscles. Planning, writing, casting, international travel, shooting, motion graphics, editing and everything in between. It was a true Banner-wide team effort!
Video was captured on-site in Montreal, San Francisco, Atlanta and Mexico City — four locations emblematic of the vast diversity and beauty of North America. The food is also good and we enjoyed that part, too.
The frequent flyer miles racked up on this trip allowed several Banner employees to take fun vacations in the future.
